Philosophy

I believe all people have worth and capacity to learn, grow, and change. This growth happens when there is emotional and physical safety and when we take small steps in the direction we want to face. I love working with people and helping families foster healthy relationships and helping individuals see and reach their potential in life.

Personal Interests

I love to spend time with family and friends, eating good food, chatting, and spending time outdoors. I love music, going for walks, watching funny shows and chocolate.
