One of my favorite Disney movies is Cinderella. Cinderella worked hard and was never valued for who she was on the inside nor any of the work she put into anything. She continued striving to be her best self despite the traumas she had experienced and her surrounding circumstances. Her Fairy Godmother appeared and gave her an opportunity for change.
Life is not a fairytale; I am not a Fairy Godmother, nor do I have a magic wand. However, I do care, I am here to help you, and there are tools I can share with you to improve your ability to cope with whatever is going on in life for you.
With a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science; Psychology and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, I have been doing therapy with adolescents and adults for the past 7 years.
