I received my Masters of Social Work from the University of Utah in 2016. Since the I have worked primarily to serve those with severe and persistent mental health challenges.
Therapy works best as a collaboration. It is meant to be a place where someone can openly explore what matters most – as well as the barriers that sometimes get in the way- and, with professional guidance, come up with a plan to change their lives for the better. It is often a difficult process, and it is rarely straightforward, but when we work together, progress is possible.
I love to travel, watch movies, listen to music, read and write. I also love to bake pizza.
