I believe that everyone has the capacity to change. I see my job has helping clients make the changes they want to make to live happy fulfilling lives. I use an individualized approach that takes into account my client's interests and talents, to help them learn new skills and improve their relationships. I also use a variety of treatment methods such as MI, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Multi-Family Group, and TF_CBT.
