Philosophy

As a therapist I strive to provide empathic and personalized treatment to all my clients. I love all aspects of the social work field, especially the humility and insight I gain from those that allow me to help them in their journey. I am passionate about breaking the cycles of stress, abuse, and trauma. It takes strength and vulnerability to ask for help and I admire those taking their first step toward a brighter future. “The best part about your story is that the next page is blank and you get to write it.” – Chris Butter

Education and Professional Background

I completed my undergraduate program at Weber State University where I received a Bachelors of Science in Social work. My graduate program was completed at Our Lady of the Lake University where I received a Master degree in social work.

Personal Interests

I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family. I love all things that have to do with water and swimming. I’m also a sucker for thrift stores and clearance racks!
