Managing Emotions (Children in 4th-6th Grades)

Participants will learn skills in communications, effective listening strategies, conflict resolution, stress management, judgement and impulse control, anger management, empathy and emotional awareness, expectation management forgiveness and much more.
This online class will run twice a week for 3 weeks.
Sessions will last for approximately 30 minutes.
