A quality relationship requires hard work, respect and continual growth. Davis Behavioral Health’s relationship classes utilize evidence-based curricula to help both adults and adolescents build connections that are healthy, positive and loving.
Our Fearless Marriage program is a four-week course for those looking to strengthen their relationship through better communication and stress management. Our instructors give couples the tools and strategies they need to promote respectful talking and listening, working as a team and having fun together. We understand that stress can have a negative impact on a marriage, which is why this course also teaches couples to manage the stresses they may face together.
Through a partnership with Extension Utah State University (USU), Health Relationships and Davis Behavioral Health, we also offer Love Notes, a relationship skills class for adolescents. This online course gives teens strategies that they can use throughout their lives, including communication skills, relationship development and conflict resolution.
