Philosophy

Life can be difficult, and it may seem like everyone is judging you, not feeling like you fit in or that somehow you missed the memo of how to be cool. Living your authentic life requires skills and tools but pays off in so many great ways. I work with clients to find the individual tools they need to live an authentic life. My approach is in a therapeutic relationship where we work together to find the best tools for you to live the life of your dreams. I use a range of tools consisting of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Trauma Focused – Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Education and Professional Background

Christina’s (Tina’s) undergraduate studies were completed at the University of California, Fullerton where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a Minor in Cultural Anthropology. She obtained a Master of Social Work from the University of Utah. Christina (Tina) has worked in a variety of settings working with all ages but is currently focused on the adult population. Christina enjoys working with people from a variety of backgrounds and is genuinely interested how your life has affected you and how you want to affect your life through the process of healing through therapy. Most of my career has been working with adults who are having a difficult time moving past a personal crisis.

Personal Interests

Christina (Tina) loves to knit, read, camp and spend time with her children and their families.
