My personal philosophy of therapy begins and ends with grace and a willingness to enter into an individual's experience alongside them. I entered this field because I feel that I have and authentic listening heart and a desire to see people live as whole, healthy individuals. I believe in holistic healing that takes into consideration all aspects of a person - physical, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual. I try to provide therapy that is a pathway for growth and healing, as well as can an opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe environment.
