Education and Professional Background

I have a master’s degree in social work from Utah State University. I have been working for Davis Behavioral Health for about 24 years in total, with the first few years working with the Children and Youth program, but most of the time I’ve worked with the adult substance abuse treatment team serving clients with addiction and with mental health concerns. I’ve worked in the Davis County jail with the specialty “RSAT” program, with a portion of that time also as the RSAT court liaison for DBH.

Philosophy

My goal is to provide therapy, hope, and guidance to those suffering from trauma, mental health concerns, and addiction into a life of long-term recovery and balance. I believe that change is possible.

Personal Interests

I enjoy reading, spending time in nature, especially on a boat in the lake, camping, and time with family.
