Philosophy

I believe that every person is on a journey towards their own personal healing. This journey requires tools that we learn along the way to work towards building a new life for ourselves. I am always honored to be able to go on this journey with my clients and be part of their growth. I help clients learn tools through open process, coping interventions, exploring values and beliefs, increasing safety, increasing our personal awareness, as well as working to establish boundaries. Together we create an individual’s treatment plan and goals together, after we complete a thorough evaluation and establish a well-defined diagnosis. I am trained in multiple evidence-based practices to fit individual needs and to boost each person’s strengths and confidence so they can one day finish therapy.

"A good tool improves the way you work. A great tool improves the way you think."
