I believe in the power of choice. We each have the capacity to make the choices that will lead us to being our most authentic self. Finding, being and embracing our authentic self is crucial in developing a life of peace and joy. At times in our lives, we have been given and accepted false narratives about who and what we should be. These false narratives can complicate our journey with feelings of doubt, shame, grief, confusion, and worthlessness. My goal as a therapist is to help guide you to your place of self-acceptance and love. Life is messy, we have what I describe as a bucket of crap that we deal with. It involves depression, anxiety, physical and mental
disabilities, illness, death, injury…the list is endless. I love witnessing people accept what is theirs to own and work on and letting the rest go. I would love to collaborate
with you on your on your journey to find your healthiest, happiest self. It is a scary thing to place yourself in a position of vulnerability and reveal the hardest parts of
yourself and your life. I stand as a witness of your courage, and journey with you in a judgment free, safe space.
