Philosophy

Committed and highly dedicated mental health counselor with 12+ years extensive experience in counseling children from diverse backgrounds. Posses an outgoing personality with absolute rapport building skills. Offering expertise in mental health therapy in both cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma focused interventions.

I believe every child has a unique ability to learn, understand and interpret the thousands of feelings and emotions they encounter day to day as they experience life. When children develop awareness and gain insight into their own thoughts, they can then make necessary changes that will guide and direct them to emotional wellness which paves the way to success, happiness and abundant life.

I believe that mental health therapy is that pathway for growth and healing. It is my philosophy to treat each client with respect and dignity regardless of personal struggles, circumstances or barriers they encounter.
