Philosophy

I believe that individuals are the expert on themselves. I’m the one to help them truly connect with that expert to foster healing and quality of life. It’s a little like I’m the tour guide with fancy gear (coping skills, therapeutic intervention, etc) and an open map (client goals/objectives) who is excited to find out where the journey will take us too! Collaborating with clients for positive change and facilitating healing are empowering elements of my career that inspire me consistently!
