I feel that those who come to work with me, are intended for me to work with them, because I have the tools and skills to help them create a new story. My primary therapeutic orientation is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). The philosophy of CBT is that what an individual thinks about oneself and ones world, and what one says to oneself, govern the way one feels and acts. Research tells us that self-defeating beliefs drive self-destructive behaviors.
