I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Utah. My background includes outpatient therapy, school settings, higher education, community education, and child abuse prevention, giving me a broad perspective on supporting children, youth, and families.
I believe meaningful change happens within safe, supportive relationships. I work collaboratively with children, teens, and families to build resilience, strengthen connections, and develop practical coping skills. My approach is warm, compassionate, and evidence-based, drawing from CBT, ACT, and MI.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, leading my daughters’ Girl Scout troop, traveling, reading, gardening and learning new languages.
