I believe the greatest purpose of therapy is to help a person develop and refine skills to improve their overall life and their relationship with themselves and others. I believe that change occurs through identifying areas in our lives that are out of balance and devising a plan to use our strengths and skills to address these areas. Through compassion, support and feedback I believe therapy can help anyone overcome the challenges of their lives.
