We are meant to be well. Our bodies, hearts and minds instinctively know how to heal, we just need the right tools to allow these systems to do what they are capable of doing. Healing is not about eliminating stress - it is learning how to identify and change our response to stress. The outcome of therapy depends on a willingness to engage in this process, which is uncomfortable. But we cannot remain comfortable if we are to grow and change.
