Philosophy

I believe childhood should be a carefree time for fun, play, development, learning and growth. There are so many things that get in the way of this. Anxiety, depression, grief, sexual abuse or other trauma can make childhood a difficult and scary time for my clients (and their parents). My goal is to gently and carefully help children/adolecents and their parents resolve the concerns that are keeping them from all the happiness, safety, and peace they deserve.
