Education and Professional Background

I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University – Idaho and my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University.

Philosophy

I approach therapy through a developmentally informed, evidence-based lens tailored to each child’s unique needs. Whether working with toddlers, school-aged children, or adolescents, I integrate play-based interventions, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and family collaboration to support emotional regulation, social development, and self-esteem. I believe early intervention and caregiver involvement are key to lasting change, and I strive to empower both children and parents with practical tools that extend beyond the therapy room.
