Philosophy

Clients are to be seen as having answers to their own questions and perplexities. Therapy is a journey of self-discovery, self-compassion, and self-efficacy. I want my clients to leave therapy with a portable skill set to use and share with others.

Personal Interests

Outdoors; fishing of all kinds, hunting, Nordic and Alpine skiing, and snowboarding. I love “rock hounding” hiking, camping, and enjoy my family life.
