Reviews local data, guides the coalition in setting priorities and programming, and oversees evaluation of the action plan’s impact.

Lead Secures funding and develops a plan to ensure the coalition’s long-term impact and stability.
Youth Involvement Workgroup
Recruits youth to engage with CTC, identifies meaningful opportunities for community involvement, and equips them with the skills and training to lead and serve effectively.
