Central 3

Central 3 CTC started implementing Communities That Care (CTC) in November 2023 with the support of Police Chiefs Solomon Oberg and Austin Anderson and Mayors Tami Tran, John Pohlman, and Brett Anderson. Central 3 CTC consists of a key leader advisory council and a community coalition to tailor our action plan to address the needs of our 3 cities.

Vision: “Empowering youth through education, awareness, and community support to foster mental well-being and prevent substance use.”

Mission: “Central 3 CTC’s mission is to empower youth to prioritize mental health and make informed decisions regarding substance use through community engagement, family support, and educational endeavors.”
