As a former provider of Davis Behavioral Health, I consider myself to be a recovery therapist. My goal is to help clients discover and engage in meaningful recovery. The great thing about recovery is it is different for everyone and should be based on each unique individual. I integrate aspects of cognitive therapy, psycho-dynamic principles, adaptive processing theory, and motivational interviewing as part of my therapeutic practice. I am also a proud LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapist.
