Journey House is an evidence based psychosocial rehabilitation program for adults with serious and persistent mental illness. The program works to ensure that participants pursue personal recovery goals, including employment, education, decreasing isolation at home, social skill development and basic living skills. In addition, Journey House has incorporated an evidence- based employment/education model of Individual Placement and Support IPS.
